To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – avoid loud music, parties, or any other disturbances during this time.

🚭 Non-Smoking Apartment Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

🧹 Cleanliness & Care Please treat the furniture, appliances, and equipment with care. Leave the apartment in a tidy condition. We ask you to separate your waste – bins for recycling and general waste are provided.

🐶 Pets Pets are not allowed. If you would like to travel with a pet, please contact us before booking.

📶 Wi-Fi & Appliances Free Wi-Fi is available. You’ll find the access details in the guest folder. Please handle the TV, kitchen appliances, and other electronics with care.

🔧 Lost Keys If you lose the key during your stay, a replacement fee of €50 will be charged.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out Check-in from 3:00 PM via key box with your personal code.

Directions to Bad Nauheim Train Station

The Bad Nauheim train station is easily reachable on foot in about 12–15 minutes. How to get there: Leave the apartment at Usinger Straße 23 and turn left onto Usinger Straße. Walk straight ahead until you reach Frankfurter Straße, then turn right toward the town center. Continue walking past cafés and shops until you arrive at Bahnhofsallee. The train station is on the right-hand side, at number 12. The route is pleasant and easy to follow. Alternatively, taxis and local buses are available nearby.
